Fridayyy!!

I officially have a French bank account! With HSBC (hint hint nance and bruce!! kidding. kinda. love you!) We all met up with Anja, (she's also our French teacher, and also kind of like our little mom here.. not sure if I've mentioned her before. Her husband, Damien, is going to be our Visual Arts teacher. Side Note: at Libero's the other night we met her daughter and they are just the cutest little French family!)

After the bank, we walked around the block a bit....

We all just grabbed some baguettes and such from the market and ate lunch on the streets. Then we met Xavier, who is going to be my Studio teacher, at Le Cite d'Architecture...

Unfortunately, we waited in line for an hour and a half, something about them not wanting to give out 13 student passes, and Xavier only had until 4 p.m. (he's kind of a big deal architect kinda guy) and a bunch of us were tired! We did get yearly passes to it though, so we will definitely be back. Christy and I came back to the apartment, and now were just hanging out.  Just got to skype with my WONDERFUL dad and boyfriend! (not at the same time.. we'll see if Jay even reads this.. haha kidding.. kind of.) Miss you both!

Tonight I think were going to try to go to the Eiffel Tower again to see the light show... since we got bomb-threated out of it last time! We'll see how that goes!
